Over 2 weeks and still haven’t received my item yet.

So far I haven’t received my purchased items and couldn’t find a mean to track it and when i reached out to customer service, they gave me wrong instructions and haven’t helped in any sense!!

Awful, made two orders. One was a ship to shop order which took 2 weeks to be shipped and since then I have heard nothing about, despite getting in touch. Another order they delivered but they sent a random women's hoodie instead of the socks i ordered. Incredibly poor service

Still haven’t received my order. Was given an update it would be sent out by the 9th of may (already weeks late). That has now been pushed back again to 14th of may. I will be complaining more if my request for a refund is refused. They are still using covid as an excuse when I know plenty of other companies with much higher demand that are still working towards their targets efficiently.

Over 2 weeks and still haven’t received my item yet.

Two weeks on from ordering and still have not received the rugby shirt which was meant to be for my dad’s birthday at the end of last week. Received notification to say the shirt would be dispatched today, but there was no notification of delays with deliveries at the time of ordering, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Totally knocked the shine off of my dad’s birthday gift. Really disappointed, won’t be ordering direct from Umbro again.

The only footy boot that fits a wide foot.Would have been nice to have more styles for wide feet.Delivery was slow though

No problems here nice shirt fits well and matches the on line description.Well packaged and quickly delivered

I'm sure you'll understand the irony of getting an email asking how i like the product that was ordered a few weeks ago, when i haven't even received it yet.The rating speaks for itself !

Product great but what a perlava with the delivery for those with digital inclusion issues!


The customer service is extremely poor. If I could give a negative value I would.The ordering process was hit and miss with items suddenly going out of stock before I was able to press the pay button.I have sent 2 external emails and one internal email using their contact page and still NO return correspondence.Very very poor.As you can see, Umbro have replied. It’s actually false as they have not been in contact with me and have not answered any of my questions. I have proof of the emails sent and not one reply. At this point, I’m considering getting legal advice regarding their reply and bringing in consumer experts.
